Fuel pump retaining ring could crack

Transport Canada has issued a recall notice for Polaris RZR 170 Youth Side-by-Sides.

According to the recall notice “the fuel pump retaining ring could crack due to a defect in the molding process. If the machine were to tip on its side, fuel could leak through these cracks, resulting in a fuel leak, which in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing injury and/or property damage.”
