I used to funel a lot of business through here. Sadly, I can't say that anymore. There entire service department has turned over the last 2 years. Pat, the lone salesman on the floor, most days looks like he's about ready to swallow the barrel of a gun.
This used to be a good dealership, ... however, family in fighting and personnel problems have diminished it.

Ordered a wench and plow for my Polaris Ranger. They were competitive with price so I ordered it. Later I called to see if they would pick my Ranger up and to ask when the parts might come in (keep in mind this was four or five days after placing the original order). I found out that my parts were ... there and no one felt the need to call me.
They also said that they would call back about picking the Ranger up. They never did, it took about five different calls from me to finally get someone to call back, and even then it didn't get picked up until about 5:30 PM when it was supposed to be picked up by "early afternoon".
Not going back here anytime soon!!!

I went to Weber's to purchase some fork oil. The staff was unhelpful with my questions in ruining a thicker oil for more dampening. I asked for more information or a msds sheet on the product they were trying to sell me and they pulled the "pretend to look in in back stunt on me" I would not recommend ... going here.
