I have been to this dealer less than a month ago to check a Spyder and I had to write something just to let people know that they are not that bad...

First of all they have a huge showroom comparing to other motorcycle dealers. Sales guys are definitely knowledgeable. I did my homework before ...

I find out that most of them are also riders. We ride the same trails. So they DO know their stuff.

I didnt check their P&A department in detail, just a quick walk through and I am telling you, it is bigger than an average motorcycle shop. They have a huge selection of Alpinestars, Icons, Shoei and other helmets.

Pricing is a typical dealer pricing. Most of the apparel are marked at MSRP. Bike prices seems to be high but that's why you go there, to negotiate and get a bike. They will not give you the best deal as soon as you walk in.

Overall all, they know what they are doing, they have a huge selection and their customer service is as good as it gets in a big dealership like that.

Poor training, lack of quick service, prices are way to high and the staff forces "extras" down your throat like extended warranties and insurance even when you say no.

Parts guys can't think for themselves and can't find or don't know how to find obscure or old parts.

    There ...

This place represents the most hated aspects of the "new" motorcycle industry.
