A 2018 update is in order, ownership is doing all they can to overcome a previous negative customer service reputation. The counter man is awesome and fast , he has knowledge of svc but what I like is he goes to the techs when he is stumped.

Keep it up Henry Honda you are my goto for parts ... n service.

I just bought my second ATV from this location and am completely satisfied. For the people that have read some of the previous reviews I'd like to point out that the dealership has recently changed hands and is under new management.

The owners and salesmen made me feel appreciated ... as a customer and were genuinely honest and caring when addressing any questions or concerns about my purchase.

I will certainly make my next purchase from Kosciusko Motorsports when the time comes.

Carried my Honda Foreman 500 to have it serviced for the upcoming hunting season, found out that it has changed owners. I had my carb rebuilt and a complete service with a few new parts, and they did a great job and at a fantastic price. I had a quote from a shop in the Jackson area, not a Honda ... dealer and it was much more. Overall good service and very friendly.

Posted hours are 9-6 Monday through Friday. They are rarely open on their posted days and never answer the phone. DO NOT USE. If I were Honda I would their dealer rights and give it to someone who deserve it!

Called about tires for an ATV the did not have any. I asked the next question which was is there some place in the area that carries ATV tires and she rudely told me that she does not know what is in the area and that she has not called around and asked them. You would think in small town America ... where your reputation is sometimes your livelyhood you would have some freindly customer service...Never have to worry about getting my business!
