Had a hole in my four-wheeler front tier. They said they could plug it. $25 bucks. I bet the tier on the next day (Friday before opening day around 1pm) 2 hours later tier was flat. Took it to good old fleet farm in Waupaca, (they got me in $10bucks) around 4pm. Tier still holding PSI. Went back to Kens after season and should them receipt from fleet and asked for refund. They said; how do they know it’s the same tier and that they don’t guaranty tier plugs. Unreal. Great service from these guys!
Terrible customer service. Service Department Manager did nothing to compensate for 'his' screw-up that blew a cylinder in my 11 month old sled. Waited for them to fix it for over a month, and missed the entire season of riding. I asked several times for a rental or even to cover the cost of fuel to bring it back to them, not the vacation time wasted, the lost hotel deposits for trips planned, etc. His response to me was, 'even if I could do something, I wouldn't'. I will NEVER go there again. I will tell continue to let people know how they truly treat their 'customers', especially after you drop $12,000 on a new snowmobile. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience of my life.
I went to this dealer looking for parts and service. When asking for the part they said no they had no such part before they even knew what i was asking for, then another guy say's they don't have time to search for parts for a older sled and we were pretty much ignored, I will never go there again.
