Came in today, to look at a bike, and another bike caught my eye. They had a Honda Grom, which needs quite a bit of work, and has roughly 18,000 miles on it. Which is very high mileage for a Honda Grom. I would have to replace the tail light, turn signals, grips, tires, and front brake. I offered ... $800, and he said that he would rather sell it wholesale for $800, and told me that he would give it to me for $1200. Other bikes, with 12,000 miles less, are selling for between $1400 and $2000. I tried to negotiate up and even went up to $950, and he still said that he would rather wholesale it for $800. so instead of selling to a customer, and creating a positive experience, so that I can come back again to buy more, you would rather sell wholesale, than make a repeat. Solid business model.

Very bad customer service. Employees did very little to help a new jet ski owner get the necessary items for my jet ski to make sure I am out on the water with the right
Extras. I asked for some oil and clearly stated I had no idea whay kind I needed and I was only pointed in the direction ... of the oil. Rude at times and spoke about their personal lives to each other in front of me and my family which was very inappropriate. If you can choose another dealer.

Found my son an ATV for Christmas here this year. They had 25 different choices on the floor. Two different salesman helped me make the right decision. They even held it until Christmas for me. Every other store I called said they had one or two but did not seem to care if I bought one or not. ... No one explained to me the age rules except these guys. It was well worth the drive. Very helpful and I saved $900 off the Honda I looked at. They had over 100 4wheelers and utilities on the showroom floor. What a store, I will recomend them to any of my friends.

This was the absolute worst retail experience I've ever had anywhere! These are the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. I ended up buying my Polaris Ranger here but only because I HAD to have it that day. Since then, I've had to drive to Baytown TX to get my jet skis, 4 wheelers, and ... other Polaris Ranger. It is sad that I have to drive 4 hours away to get a product that is sold in my hometown, just to not have to deal with these people
