Midwest Motorsports in Hartford is truly a five-star business! Sales and service is of the highest quality! You will never walk out of there wondering if you've paid too much! Service charges are typical but they detail it for free! You get it back looking and running like brand-new!

Never wait 6 weeks to pick up your repaired craft. Velcro is widely used in the aviation industry and was actually developed by NASA engineers for use in space craft. This was done as a favor (no-charge) to keep your broken hood cover from flopping around. Our experience with trying to pop a new ... latch in an aged plastic hood normally results in a broken tab, thereby rendering the hood cover as junk. I have velcro on the hood of my 97 xp and it works great. Many other customers have been appreciative of the low-cost alternative.
Your sea-doo had a defective starter relay when it arrived. It was replaced. Your battery was charged and tested as "good". The battery went to a low state of charge after sitting in the lot 6 weeks. We make it a practice to re-charge batteries for our customers when this occurs and it does happen but it does require contact with our service dept. to make this happen .
The noise you described was investigated. The sea-doo jet pump is noisey little critter when unloaded, ie. "out of the water". We are sorry you had a bad experience.

I brought my Seadoo wave runner int to Midwest Motorsports because it would not start. I waited about two weeks for them to "fix" it and then when I picked it up it would not start. I would make the same noise when I brought it in as it did after they "fixed" it. They offer not refunds, no apologies, ... and no solution to fix my problem. $325 later and I have nothing to show for it but some Velcro... yes Velcro. They used Velcro to secure a storage latch instead of buying a $9.95 part that I bought from St. Louis Power Sports in Fenton. Midwest told me that I needed to purchase the entire latch, storage lid, and assembly for $500 This is also not the first time I have had issues with them but it is the most painful.
