WORCS ATV racing champions heading east for AMA and WPSA

FMF Racing has joined Team Epic for the 2008 ATV racing season. All Team Epic Can-Am DS 450 machines will be equipped with the FMF Racing Factory 4.1 MegaBomb exhaust system.

“We are very excited about this new partnership,” says Team Epic owner Ryan Wheelers. “FMF has over 30 years of experience and knowledge that will help us put Team Epic riders on the podium.”

The FMF Factory 4.1 MegaBomb system is the lightest full system available for the DS 450, which is already the lightest ATV in its class.

“FMF Racing has been involved in every aspect of off-road racing since 1973 and the new venture with the Epic Can-Am race team is another great venture,” says FMF Racing marketing manager Donny Emler Jr. “You can guarantee with FMF providing over 30 years of power that the Epic Can-Am team will be a force to be reckoned with.”

After a successful 2007 racing season that saw Team Epic’s Josh Frederick win the WORCS Pro Championship and teammate Jeremy Schell finish third, 2008 brings a whole new set of challenges. Team Epic is leaving the WORCS series and traveling east for the AMA Pro ATV Championship and WPSA Tour with an entirely new team.

Jeremy Lawson, Greg Gee, Sage Baker and Justin Waters will have the support of Team Epic in 2008.
