GNCC Series Announces UTV Race Dates
Racer Productions, producer of the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series, has announced an updated schedule for the 13-round 2011 GNCC Racing tour. While the series dates and locations were announced previously, the updated schedule for the GNCC UTV class is now available.
The six-round UTV series will kick off on Saturday, March 12 at the Maxxis General GNCC in Aonia Pass in Washington, Ga. Side-by-side UTVs have been a part of the GNCC tour for three seasons, with the challenging GNCC courses pitting the vehicles against real off-road terrain like hills, mud, rocks and trees.
The Indy 100 GNCC in Gosport, Ind. joins the UTV tour for the first time on May 14, and the Rock Run GNCC in Altoona, Pa. debuts on May 28. Other UTV tour stops include the Pirelli Big Buck GNCC on Apr. 9, the ITP Powerline Park GNCC on Oct. 8, and the Amsoil Ironman GNCC on Oct. 23.
