HCR Racing Releases Long Travel Kit for Arctic Cat Prowler
HCR Racing has announced the release of its Arctic Cat Prowler XTZ long travel kit at the 2009 SEMA show in Las Vegas.
Retailing for $5,799, the kit includes custom tuned King 2.0 reservoir shocks in black or traditional blue and Summers Brother’s Racing 4340 axles. Fully constructed in the United States, the kit adds six inches of width per side for improved stability. Also, two inches have been added to the wheelbase for more stability at high speeds and while on hills. With the kit installed, the Prowler XTZ achieves an impressive 15 inches of wheel travel.
“HCR Racing custom tunes every shock package in-house to make sure the shock valving and spring rates are perfectly mated to the UTV it’s designed for,” HCR Racing says in a release.
