ITP Introduces Tire/wheel Kit for UTVs
International Tire Products (ITP) of Ontario, Calif. has introduced a new tire/wheel kit for UTV owners who operate on hard surfaces, such as ground construction sites, parking lots and warehouses.
According to ITP, the kit is also perfect for hard-packed to intermediate off-road trail conditions and provides better overall performance than an OEM setup.
The 25-inch All Trail tire utilizes a low, wide profile and four-ply carcass and sidewall that greatly reduce the soft, wallowing chassis roll experienced with some other tire choices. ITP says it delivers more responsive, predictable, level handling on pavement, concrete and hard-packed soil.
The All Trail also features a unique, tightly spaced tread pattern, designed for a smooth and quiet ride. Both the tread pattern and the All Trail’s specially formulated rubber compound, according to ITP, contribute to low wear and considerably longer life on hard surfaces as well.
The All Trail tire – 25×8-12 in front and 25×10.50-12 out back – is meant to be mounted to ITP’s SS108 one-piece alloy wheel. This 12×7, eight-spoke wheel features a bright machined finish with black accents, topped with a clear-coat and a custom SS wheel cap. ITP says the SS108 is very light, boasts a strong 650-pound rating and comes with a lifetime structural warranty. According to ITP, if you bend or break it, the company will replace it.
ITP says the SS108 All Trail Kit bolts right on to the Yamaha Rhino, Arctic Cat Prowler, Kawasaki Teryx, Polaris Ranger and Polaris RZR.
