Very good machine

This machine replaced my 2003 Arctic Cat 400. Way, way more power than that, and notible more than my neighbors Yamaha 450. I put a 60" plow kit on this and have been very impressed at how it moves snow! On the trail it preforms very well. I love the ground clearance compared to the older m...odel I had, and the handling is excellent. My only complaint is that in extreme cold (-20+ Cel) it has given me problems starting and needed a boost. Sad update

I wrote my initial review after only owning the machine for a few months. Now after 10 months I am selling it. Problems so far have cost over $2000 in reparis and include:

- Diff Actuator replaced because of rotton rubber boot on actuator arm that allowed water to get in $345+tax

- Blown clutch,... primary and secondary along with the belt which at Canadian dealers is selling for the ridiclous price of $220.
- Speedometer issue that was never resolved.

1500 kms on alomost all trail riding. Used with an Arctic Cat plow system in the winter and brief use of the Arctic Cat dump trailer with a few hundred pounds max in it are what the dealer claims have killed the bike.

When it works, the bike is great and as I said in my previous review, it has lots of power and handles on the trails very nice. The bad part of this bike is that it seems not at all as reliable as my two previous Arctic Cats.

Not sure if this turned out to just be a lemon, or is this is just what happened to the quality of Arctic Cat over the years, but I am sellnig this bike at a loss and looknig for something more reliable. Read Full Review

Very Pleased,So Far

Got 370 miles on it and the only issue was the cooling fan would touch the fan guard when it cut in.Fan and guard unit was replaced under warranty and all is good.Lots of low end power.Could only get 50 MPH on the top end running 26 inch tires,but its an ATV not a snowmobile,and I hear thats on par... with the old AC 500.Very ,very comfortable ride.Recently took an 85 mile ride over some of the roughest terrain that anybody could ride over,I was impressed.Personally,I would recommend this machine to anyone who would be considering buying one. WOW!

Ive owned 9 atvs mostly polaris, this atv is awsome, fast, rides very good, and looks great. plus low range is very low for the tuff times and high will take you up any hill. only thing i could want is maybe a little less vibration at low speed, but not bad at all just being picky! Disappointed

Have owned a lot of atv's but never an arctic cat. So far, I am not very impressed. Have had problems only after owning it for two months! I am not satisfied at all with th product or the dealership.
