  • Z6 getting worse
By Thomas Achen (I am an Owner) on Feb 19, 2013

My Z6 is back in the shop, starter went out, seems a common problem. Has excessive amount of blowby. Have 3249 miles on it so don't listen to those who brag up their machine that have less than 200 miles, and have never been on the sand. I made a big mistake buying mine, just don't want others ...

  • 2011 CFMOTO Z6
By Scott (I am an Owner) on Feb 07, 2013

This is my second CFMOTO. I love it. Reliable machine. 1st one was a carburetored 500 rancher. Hated at first but grew to luv. Strong motors. CFMOTO is the best of the so called Chinese machines (most brand names are made there now). I have had 2 Rhinos, Teryx, and a junk Bennche 700 (I have to agree ...

People just don't get it. It's only 594cc, and close to 1000 lbs, it's not going to fly you up and over a big sand dune! It goes 50 mph or more and I think it has plenty of power for what it is. Apparently people think it should run like a 800 twin. I like small, simple, reliable and being able to cruise 45 and it fits the bill. By the way I have talked to many dealers (countrywde)and they all say they barely ever have trouble, they have more trouble with new Rhinos. Do REAL research and don't listen to people who just beat and destroy and can't even change their own oil or clean an air filter.

  • Not a reliable machine at all!
By tony steele (I am an Owner) on Dec 08, 2012

I owned one for a year and it was literally in and out of the shop so many times in the last 6 months that I didn't put 100 miles on it in that time. Finally got fed up and traded it off. It was then that I found out the resale value was somewhere around $3,000 for a machine that was 1 year old with ...
