GREATEST QUAD I HAVE EVER DRIVEN
By Bill Jones (I am an Owner) on Dec 06, 2016I was lucky enough to get my hands on a 2008 Polaris Sportsman X2 EFI with 125 mile on it. Its got a more stable ride than a the brute force 750 & Honda Forman 500 I rode. Very comfortable & large space for 2 adults. a large amout of power low end with a great top end. i would say in the 70mph area. ... Great for pulling a smaller trailer and i love the pick up truck back! So far seems to be reliable. The Pro & con combined i can say is because of it huge size its really comfortable and smooth but also bait large for a trail quad. The only con is they are quite expensive but quality machines are worth paying for. i won't go away from polaris moving forward. i can't wait to plow with it!! I hope this helps everyone and i will post some pictures.

Awesome
By Harlen Crossen (I am an Owner) on Jan 04, 2011Been using on farm for two years. Fantastic power and reliability. Regularly pulls trailer with cattle and horse supplies/equipment. No problems with rugged Tennessee terrain. Performs in worse conditions. Smooth comfortable ride. Great for fun as well on trails and pulling kids back up hill to sled ... again and again and again.

Whow, what a ride.
By Ed (I am an Owner) on Jul 11, 2010Luvin my 880 twin, this baby is similiar to my old 700 twin, that I traded in. This weekend was the test ride. I am soooo happy I stayed with Polaris, they made a SOLID ATV, I have riden other brands and, sorry but they just don't even come close, power, comfort, accessories, etc. I had a Ranger ... and it was just to big, this 800 will go ANYWHERE. The new front/rear breaking combo is great for going downhill, really reduces sliding. Having the time of day on the dash is a great feather also. Overall A+A+A+
A+, Power to spare.

By kelly thacker (I am an Owner) on May 18, 20095 months $10,000 it doesn't start.Left me with no way home freedom polaris told me it was because it got dirty and wet and they was not going to warranty it. I have a honda and arctic cat (honda pulled me home i have pictures)arctic cat sat in a lake all night to the seat two days with no work done ... on it started right up.We have abused the Honda for 5 years 10,000 times more than the 5 month old polaris that got dirty and wet 2or3 times. It may just be a lemon but freedom polaris said no warranty because i got it dirty it never went in gear right freedom said it was because dirt and water no warranty $10,000 no warranty
