Pretty good but some problems
By Austin Connolly (I am an Owner) on Feb 03, 2020I have owned an Outlaw 90 since mine was brand new in 2013 and it was a great fourwheeler for 4 years but after riding it one day, I noticed the swing arm for the rear axle had broken. It's a known problem with these Outlaw 90s and somewhat common. After spending well over 500 dollars buying a swing ... arm, axle carrier and bearings, I finally got it put back together and it rides just as well as it did brand new. If you're looking to buy one around the model year of 2013, just know it's common for the swing arm to break.

SWINGARM
By Kevin Marshall (I am an Owner) on Aug 28, 2016I bought a Polaris outlaw 90 in 2013 for my son and he has been riding it for 3 years and has not had any problems till now. We went riding for his birthday in West Virginia and his swingarm broke he has never jumped or been rough with it. I have been reading up on this and have found out that this ... is a problem with the outlaw 90. Going to Polaris dealership tomorrow and see what can be done if no results then I will call Polaris.

Great starter quad for taller kids
By Marc Tremblay (I am an Owner) on Feb 04, 2013This quad is a good starter quad for kids who are taller andfor whom the standard quads are a little small. I also like that the front wheels are farther apart than the rear ones, which gives it go stability in turns and off- camber terrain. The engine has good power and allows it to climb pretty ... steep hills.
PROS
-- looks good
-- stable with good handling
-- strong engine that starts easily
-- front and rear lights, make it easy to see your child through the woods
-- easy access to parts online through Polaris OEM parts dealers
-- kick start to back up electric start
-- reverse
-- max speed can be fixed for beginners
CONS
-- reverse lever on right and kick start on left interfere with legs somewhat
-- suspension pretty basic
-- foot pegs don't bite enough when muddy
-- a litle big for small kids
Overall, we have ben very happy with the purchase nad it has received countless hours of riding on the track we have on our lot.
