it has an agresive design, just like his elder brother 700r, excelent steer, great speed, better if you add the G-YTR muffler for only $300, this atv can reach more than 100km/h , the only bad thing of the engine is that is not water cooled,

The Raptor 250

Yamaha’s engine of choice is from a trick/stunt motorcycle sold in Europe, the Yamaha Trixter. This engine is known for its low-end torque, light weight, quick revving, air-cooled design with the ability to start with a push of a button. This engine also features a wet sump system and a ceramic comp...osite plated cylinder to help disperse heat and prolong engine life.

NEW TO THE ATV WORLD.....

Hi,I purchased my 250 about 5 mounths ago and have only limited time on any powersports.So the best person to review,Im not.But-I can say this.When I decided to buy a quad my main goal was to ride.If the bike takes alot of time to fix and maintain I wouldnt ride as much.This atv has been realy good ...to me.I ride some ruff terrain and have taken some spills.Granted luck has kept the bike from smashing into a tree on its end over end escapades.The weight of the bike just cant be overlooked.when rookie mystakes put the bike above me I have some fighting chance to push it away instead being crushed.A heavier atv is not so kind! Safe-torquey-enough power for this 220 pound begginer.Guick plenty top speed(for sane people:)no reverse but still very trailable.1 SIZE FITS ALL.
