  • Would never buy another Yamaha
By John La Mond (I am an Owner) on Apr 05, 2018

Engine blew up at 230 hours because of a mechanical defect in the motor. The ATV was just out of warranty, so we were stuck with a $5,000 repair bill.

  • Yamaha Grizzly 700
By Oakley Scroggins (I am an Enthusiast) on Oct 11, 2013

It is a smooth riding atv. Gets me where I need to go and is good for tail riding and great for muding. The 4 wheel drive is great and it work very well it gets me out of ditches and up giant hills.

  • dont think you can beat this all a round machine.
By peter novak (I am an Owner) on Sep 08, 2009

    this thing rocks.

my grizz has 1200km now mostly hard full out riding on logging roads or plowing snow in the winter. i'll get to that later. i live in the mountains near Kelowna b.c & frequently get that thing over 8000ft i mean hard riding up hill for hours it does not even skip a beat ...

the 4x4 system is the best no lock up like on some of my buddies machines.

i have to admit my friends artic cat 1000 is way faster but once we get in the rough i always am waiting for him.

oh & than in winter one day it was -36c

went out to the shed to see if the quad would start well to my suprise one push on the starter & it roared to life. over all i love this thing & am getting a little biased toward yamaha now but if you take a machine for a test ride put it in 4x4 on dry pavement do a couple of tight turns & see if it will come out of 4x4 this is my best advise when buying a new machine.
