  • Truly the best of all kids quads. We’ve had many
By Paul Sprague (I am an Owner) on Jul 06, 2023

The 2011 to 2015 Yamaha raptor 90 is by far the best of all the kids quads on the planet. We have had quite a few over the years from many different brands. Most of them are clones of each other. Most of the big name manufactures do not even build their own 50s and 90s. There are quite a few Taiwanese ...

    #1)

Dual an arm front suspension that actually works well. Most of these Taiwanese and Chinese quads use a single a arm in the front, which is abysmal for handling in the rough stuff

    #2)

The rear swingarm suspension .What sets the raptor 90 apart from the others is number one dual an arm front suspension that actually works well. The rear swingarm suspension is also very plush and controlled.

    #3

The shocks dampen, the bumps, both large and small.

    #3

This series also has a very effective hydraulic disc brake in the rear. I cannot stress enough how much better it is than most used ATV, braking systems.

    #4

The engine and transmission are tuned for tons of low end torque and midrange power. I weigh 230 pounds and it will pull me up any hill. I have the balls to try.

    #4

Another outstanding feature of this quad is the simple lever parking brake. It is very powerful and easy to operate, unlike most youth quads.

these are very durable and reliable ATVs. Avoid ethanoland do your maintenance and you will have a very long lasting super fun. Kids quad.
