This is for Chris Crabtree. Yes we did install the Dirty Dawg Clutch Kit into his 2013 RZR 900 XP/4. He brought us the primary and secondary clutches off of the RZR. I suggested going with a Dirty Dawg Clutch Kit since we have been doing business with them for a long time and have had great results ... with the product. I ordered the clutch based off the specs Chris gave me. And at that time I advised the use of 2 different paddle combos that he did not end up using. He was advised that the clutching works best with those combos. Once we received the clutch kit from Dirty Dawg it was installed the way that was suggested and set up by Dirty Dawg. In the process of that Chris had made several calls to Dirty Dawg about the clutching so I don't know if something was changed based off of what I gave to Dirty Dawg for the specs as to where he would be riding at?. Chris did go to Sand Mountain over Easter weekend and we had a light crew working because everyone at that time was on vacation to go riding and our mail and UPS had already been picked up prior to him calling me about getting a different helix that Dirty Dawg had said he needed. We never received that Helix so I don't know in the process of that as to why but we had a used one here that was the correct one per dirty dawg he needed so I advised Chris he could use that one but I have no way of shipping it because my mail and UPS had already been picked up. And I made a few calls to see if people were still going up there. We do try and strive to help and do the most we can for our customers. No charge on the helix at all. After Chris returning from Sand Mountain he did come back into the shop and said he wanted the clutching removed. He brought that into us and we did not charge for the removal. Chris and I did go over Turbo RZRs. As far as a return we don't have a return policy on any High Performance Parts. If the part is faulty from the manufacturer we do stand behind our work and our parts and will take care of it for the customer. I did offer to get him a new clutch as did Dirty Dawg but he did not want that. Chris had informed me at that time he would be buying a Turbo RZR somewhere else and we wont be getting his business. I am sorry we were not able to come to a agreement but we did offer to make it right for the customer. Thanks

On the recommendation of Gabe at adrenaline, I purchased a clutch kit for my razor through them and had them install the components. He was fully aware of my stock 2013 Rzr set up and stated how satisfied I'd be with the new clutch setup. I went to sand mountain and my Rzr wouldn't climb anything ... causing my friends to keep turning back for me. I called Gabe and he said to call the manufacturer. I called them and they said my weights were correct but to check the helix. I took it off and found out the wrong helix had been put on. I called Gabe and he said he had the other helix. He said yes. I asked him to overnight it to me but he refused saying he was too busy. I had someone go to his shop and get it for me and ship it. I put it in. The Rzr worked a little better but nowhere near what I expected and found my stock clutch to perform better. I went back to Gabe and asked for a refund of what he recommended. He refused to refund the part. He even new I was going to buy a new 2016 turbo and he didn't care and was willing to give up the sale of a new razor rather than take care of a customer. Do not shop at this establishment. Gabe acts as though he's knowledgable but every time I asked him a question he'd go back to the mechanic. I'm sure glad he doesn't work for me.
