You don't want to do business with Alefs HD in Wichita. I ordered parts from them, specifying that I wanted an exact replacement for my stock HD motorcycle. They ordered a similar, but not identical part, and forced my to buy it since it was special ordered, even though I had specified that I wanted ... an identical replacement.
They made a sale, but certainly lost a customer over a $10 transaction.

I will let my Better Business Bureau Complaint speak for itself. As you'll notice they took no action to resolve it and it remains 'in dispute'.
For a short and dirty version, while my bike was in their ... shop (for a month) for repairs they caused damage to it and refused to fix the damage they caused. They went on to show little desire for any future business from me even though I had been a loyal customer for several years.
