Well there are two sides to this I guess. Two years ago I purchased a Kymco Scooter from them and thought that the support was Superb. However Last week my headlight went out and I decided to call to get an estimate on getting it repaired. What ensued was the end of our relationship. I was transferred ... to Service and the Tech if he can call himself that accused me of having a bad attitude. The thing is all I did was ask a simple question of how much he would charge to change the bulb. All he could say was it depended on how long it would take to do the work. Now I and not a professional but you would think a tech would know how long it takes to get at a bulb on almost anything he serviced and be able to give me a range. Instead he insults me then tells me that maybe I should take my attitude somewhere else and hangs up.
I ended up diagnosing on my own and they would have lost out on some serious service dollars as it was not the bulb and something else that is costly and would need to get ordered. Just what a shop likes to do.
Their loss my gain seeing as now I know more about my Scooter.
This may be one of the only dealers to get a Kymco but I would steer you away in a heartbeat with the way it went downhill. Wish it never changed and hope they fix the issues but for now I am having to go to a local Honda dealer or head downtown.
