This is about their Bonner Springs store. I found them to be excellent in help and knowledge. I was at the KCK store and bought a trailer, also needed a hitch (had to be ordered which was fine, I have an older Pre-Runner) and drop hitch and wiring. They ordered it, we made an appointment to have ... it all done and they did exactly what they said and promised. EXCELLENT service, Brad Stroup was a great help and answered all my questions, knew what he was talking about ! To put this all in a nutshell, yes I will be going back to them. Highly recommend these guys.

Very Happy with this dealers service and customer care. Had work done on my 04 Kingpin and had to take it back but not for the initial TPS reset but a weak fuel pump issue. They installed another pump and reset the TPS again at no charge and made it very clear that if I was not happy to bring it ... back and they would make it right. I know it's easy to leave 'Bad' feedback but sometimes we forget to relay good experiences. No shop is perfect but when they make things right and are friendly in doing so it makes for a pleasant experience..

I went to Austin Trailers to purchase a 2013 victory Cross Country Tour. Had been in there several times just looking before my purchase. Dawn promised a great price but did offer any discount when I went to buy. After 30 minutes of checking other dealers in area, wife found one $1000 dollars ... cheaper. Called them, because heaven forbid they call. Told them the price and he offered a price only that was not close and told me I would not find a price less. After sending email to dealer in area, found one offering huge discount. Flew out and rode it back and saved about $2000 dollars. Went to take the rest of my business to them, since the were local. They began acting like they did not want my business since I did not buy from them. Would not take my $500 dollar accessory coupon or anything...how childish. Had to file a dealer complaint with Poloris because of the non sense. To top it off they did not even have the bike I wanted. Now they are missing out on the sales from friends and associates. Could not recommend them for anything.

I PURCHASED MY 8 BALL 09 FROM AUSTINS NEW OFF THE FLOOR AND HAVE HAD THEM DO ALL THE WORK ON IT EVEN THIS SUMMER SPENT ALMOST 4000.00 ON UP GRADES AND JUST THIS AUG HAD TO TAKE IT IN FOR WARRENTY WORK TO REPLACE THE UPPER NECK BEARING I GOT THE BIKE BACK AND CLEANED IT UP AND SAW TUCH UP PAINT ON ... MY UPPER FORKS AND SOME ON THE TUBE. SO I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY AND IF THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE I WAS GOING TO GET THAT I WOULD HALF TO TAKE THE BIKE ELSEWHERE FOR WORK ! THE NEXT DAY I RECIEVED A BUNDLE OF FLOWERS AND A CARD THAT READ YOUR LOSE!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES I GUESS THEY DONT WANT MY BUSSINESS. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM I HOPE THAT THE OWNERS KNOW OF THIER RESPONSE.
