Purchased a Front Runner 500 from dealer in Jan. With less then 20 hours on unit cooling fan came disconnected from unit causing the fan to wrap around wires and unit overheated. I was able to resecure the fan but found that the unit was not operating properly. I hook the battery directly to the ... fan and it works. Determind that temp. sensor in radiator is working. Called dealer and was told it could be the relay but they could not tell me which relay and that they did not have one in stock. They were suppose to order one for me but that was 3 weeks ago and still have not heard from them. I would take it to them for the warrenty repair but is an hour and a half away so I would have 6 hours of travel time invested in getting warrenty work done as well as be without my unit for at least 2 weeks.

Where can I go for help???????????????????
