If you value your life and motorcycle, do NOT go to B&B Cycle Inc. B&B Cycle Inc. cannot even put on a set of tires correctly. I took two new tires and tubes to B&B Cycle Inc. to put on at a cost of 115 bucks. B&B Cycle Inc. had the bike for two days and it was covered in dust when I picked it up. ... The rear tire balance weight fell off after unloading it that same day. The front tire balance weight was the same one that was already on it but they charged me for a new one, which is illegal. The rear tire adjuster was set to different numbers on each side causing an imbalance to the bike. I called and informed B&B Cycle Inc. of their deadly mistakes and all B&B Cycle Inc. could say was, 'sorry, bring it back and we'll fix it', told B&B Cycle Inc. that I wanted my money back and B&B Cycle Inc. said they'd give me a free oil change but no refund. No way, as if I would let them touch my bike again. Luckily, I had a friend who actually knows what they are doing and helped me correct the issues. This place is a JOKE!

I'm from out of town, I ride and I'm always interested in checking out local motorcycle shops. I met Jeff and although he said hello, it was one of those fake salesmen type of hellos. I've worked in customer service for years and understand a real "Hi, how are you?" this was more of a robotic hello. ... Anyways we start talking and I tell him I'm from New Hampshire just working in the area, one of his workers comes out and starts telling me how bad riding in NH is, how riding at Sturgis is the best, like how high school kids need to say mine is better than yours, I listened, but inside I was laughing.
So I tell Jeff I ride a Harley and need a tire installed, and he said, "We don't work on Harleys, we don't have the tools, our mechanics don't have that knowledge, we prefer to take care of our customers first"
I kind of felt bad for this man, because my Harley mechanics can fix any brand of motorcycle or any machine on wheels, Jeff also made me feel unwelcome there. I can take a hint and I wished him well and then exited his store.
I'm not one to bad mouth people, but for my motorcycle riding brothers and sisters, you might want to stay away from this shop. Basically we're dealing with 2 wheels and an engine here and if their mechanics can only work on certain models, I'd be a little bit leery of leaving my ride with them.
To all those riding, safe travels to you
