CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!

I took my completely custom 2005 KTM 950 Adventure in for an estimate after I was involved in an accident. Nick in the service department said he would take good care of me. Well nick charged me $235 and he proceeded to remove all of my upgrades (Thermostat, ... Fork bleeders, etc.) and replace them with OEM parts. I went back to speak with him but he was conveniently on vacation. I spoke to the store manager and explained the situation in detail. He proceeded to deny that anything was removed from my bike at their location and even had the nerve to say, "where would we get OEM parts for a KTM? Really? I explained to him that my bike had only been two places, my garage and Beverly Hills KTM. How would someone magically break into my locked garage, obtain specific stock OEM parts for a KTM, and replace them without me knowing? Let's see my bike was in two places and one of them happens to be a KTM dealer. You do the math.

I was basically charged $235 for him to cherry pick my bike of all of its costly upgrades. Last time I checked that equals criminal activity and complete and total denial!

If you're ever so bold enough to risk entrusting your prized bike with Beverly Hills KTM, like I did I, highly recommend doing a photo inventory of your bike upon drop off and pick up!
