Needed a tune up on a $15,000 commercial mower. Bill's sells lower dollar mowers with the same brand motor, so thought I'd give the small town guy some business. Called to make an appointment, all was fine until I was transferred to the shop to set up a time. The guy there told me he had a full shop, ... no time for me and to take my JUNK somewhere else. In case you missed it THEY SELL PRODUCTS WITH THIS SAME MOTOR!!! AND HE'S CALLING IT JUNK!? Think the owner knows this guy is picking and choosing customers according to what kind of mood he's in that day? Don't forget, a business's best advertising is word of mouth. It's worst advertising is also word of mouth, and word travels fast.

As far as sales goes they were the best bang for the buck. I was told that for warranty purposes it would be recommended that I bring back my new machine for its first oil change and look over. This is where my satisfaction came to an end. All said and done I paid $119.47 for as 2 quart oil change ... with a filter. The machine was only in the shop for 35 to 40 min. It was stated that they were going to "check everything over". I have no idea how you can pressure wash a machine, change the oil, and check misc drive line and steering components in this amount of time. To top it all off they even had the gall to charge me extra when I said that there was a odd clunk when decelerating at times(this is a new machine have we ever heard of warranty work???????????), and to state the they were charging me for an hour of shop time. Never again will I have any work done here NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
