I recently purchased a Seadoo from Honda of Winston Salem. In doing so I purchased the extended warranty package which allows for service from any authorized dealership. Recently the watercraft check engine light alerted us to a problem. We were vacationing in the area and contacted the dealership ... in Durham. The persons first words were where did you buy the watercraft. When we told the man, he started giving us the cold shoulder...telling us they were a month behind, he wasn't sure if the service guy was even there. We ask if he could check he just gave us some more run-a-round. I was not impressed. We then called Brewer's and they were more than happy to help!
