Great staff! I visited last Saturday just shopping and comparing ATVs for next year's hunting season. I left with a new Rancher. Hands down the best value out there. I looked at Suzuki, Sea-Doo and Kawasaki and nothing could touch the bang for the buck. Brandon knows his stuff! No pressure, look ... around and he helped when we needed questions answered and did not "hover" to make the sale. Picked up a set of ramps for loading the new toy in the truck. The parts guys were friendly and knew their stuff.
I would definitely buy another vehicle from this crew!

I purchased my first Ducati there a couple of months ago. And the service I received was great the sales associate was very helpfull and worked hard for me to get me approved financially. I got a great deal on a 796 monster and I love my bike. The service department was also helpfull when I had my ... bikes first service. Great service and and a a great price I would defiantly buy another bike from them and recommend anyone I know to purchase from them too

Lunsford's has filled the void left by EXIMPORT. They are fully up to date on Ducati Service with at least one master mechanic trained in Italy at the factory.
I just had a tank replacement (warranty recall on the 695), 6000 mile service including new timing belts, and replacement ... brake level (parking lot slip and fall). Service was excellent, communications were great, technical documentation on the work done was furnished and price was . . . well it's service on a Ducati and I knew well what to expect. Price was mid-point in the range that I anticipated.
Yes, the Ducs share a showroom with Hondas instead of Aprillas like at Eximport but everything from helmets to logo espresso cups was overpirced and Exim (and now they are out of business).
No problem recommending this one.
