I was a customer I came in High Country Harley Labor Day weekend with my 12 year old grandson to look around the showroom like we always do every weekend and pick up some oil for my new bike Screamin Eagle syn3 the best well I picked out the oil and got the filter and rings and whatever I needed ... the guy that work behind the counter was very helpful and I said I'm in the computer I should get a veteran discount he has to see my ID I showed him my VA ID card and he said that's not going to work you have to be active duty military to get a discount I was taken aback for a second thinking what I said how come all veterans don't get a discount if you give a veteran discount you said that's not that store policy and that the owner of the store was in the store but I like to talk to her I said yeah so I walked up to the lady in the store sent my grandson out to put the oil we just bought on the bike and ask her why she didn't give a veteran discount to all veterans and she said only active military and I said I think that's discrimination and she acted like I kicked her in the balls and said you people are just trying to rip me off , you people really I'm a disabled veteran from the United States Army and I'm not active military anymore but it's not the point of the discount anymore it is the point that you're discriminating against me because I'm not active military at which point she said okay no veterans will ever get a discount in this Harley shop again ,before I let out a few Choice words that would have probably got me in trouble I walked out of the store grabbed the oil I just bought $120 worth and brought it back in and told her she can have it give me my money back I don't want nothing from the store nothing from an owner that treats a veteran like this and I will never be back while she push the cash register guy out of the way and she said she would get it when I was standing there of course she couldn't shut her mouth and I told her look I'm done talking you need to zip it and she snapped and said you need to leave my store right now you're trespassing and I want you out of here I'm looking at her I'm looking at my grandson in shock ,just give me my refund and I'll leave she started to dial 911 and I thought this isn't worth it .I got my grandson with me and he already said Grandpa let's leave this lady is nuts so we left she came back outside slam the money in my hand and I looked at her and I said I hope you're happy is this how you treat veterans I am going to let everybody know so I would advise any veteran to avoid this Harley shop in Cheyenne and the one in Frederick Colorado which she owns also she doesn't deserve our patronage or the blood we've spilled to give her her freedom to be an idiot that she is.AVFFAV

I brought my bike into High Country Motor Sports with a problem that 2 other shops could not diagnose. Within 20-30 minutes not only was Andy able to get my bike into the mechanic for review, but Chris was able to find the problem right away. I was fully taken care of by High Country Motor Sports. ... I was on my way back from Sturgis when I had electrical problems. I went to a local cafe where they referred me to High Country MS as the best place in town. I have to definately agree. Andy continually kept me updated on his search for parts for my bike and Chris even offered to come in on his day off to fix it if we could get parts in order to get me back on the road. Since it was Saturday and parts were not available for shipment till Monday I decided to fly home and come back to get the bike. I have to thank them for their fantastic servcie and commitment to me as a valued customer. I know they have other customers as well but I never felt like i wasn't #1 and am sure all their customers feel this way due to the supportive and helpful staff at High Country Motor Sports.
