Columbia Powersports (Two Notch Rd)

Awful service and the way they talk to you. One year old motorcycle with 2375 miles. It ran fine at the dealership, I rode it twice about 174 miles and something went wrong. When I took it back three months later they said since I rode it, there was no warranty. If it was a dirt bike or a trail bike ... I could understand but this was a $18,000 luxury bike. I had to take it to an independent machanic. I was told someone had recently did some incorrect motor work. I'm never going back to this place

Bad Service! These guys act like they're a privilege to you. They don't know customer service, the guy was agitated to help me. I asked him how many screws were in a fairing kit, he told me it would be wasting his time to pull up the diagram to count and told me to go look at my bike and count for ... myself. No respect for customer Bad Attitudes!

This store sucks im never going back, their service is terrible they act like youre some annoying little kid thats just in the way when you want to get something done to your bike. My advice, dont even give this place a chance.
