Jeremey in sales is excellent for his customer skills and following up with his potential buyers. Now with that said I'm pretty sure it was Jeff so called finance manager. After I was explained that they approved me with a 17.99 interest rate and 700 down on a more expensive bike at 677 "experian" ... which is my lowest credit score limited to only 9 months of history a month ago at old glory I came to this dealership as my dad bought his bike here in January.

Today I was offered a 19.99 interest rate and 900 down for a less expensive bike. I had Jeremey put me on the phone with his finance manager. Also to note my experian is now 699 credit score 23 points higher but still limited in history. Now myself I sell cars I explained that and like wise did not want to be treated like anyone else who goes in and pays way to much for a bike or a car. As soon as the "finance" manager gets on he interrupts me while I'm speaking, completely rude, no customer service and starts telling me about his resume of doing this for 20 years. Good for you buddy! Do you want a cookie? I had to wait till he was done speaking so he could feel important than I was allowed to speak and explain to him just for him to insinuate to me old glory was lying. Putting down another dealership very unprofessional. Stick foot in your mouth because I wont be giving a dime to your dealership. I can wait to ride with my dad or go get a crotch rocket.
