Took my quad in for service on (8 Mar 14) for three things: a bracket, taillight, and hard starts in the morning. I was told to expect a phone call by Tuesday. Two weeks later I finally got my quad back. No phone call on status. I called three separate times. Spoke to service manager, Jim on ... two occasions. Very abrupt, aggressive nature; customer service skills lacking. Heated discussion occurred during my direct visit to find out what is going on. For my troubles, Jim mentioned that he would offer 10% discount on parts. Bracket replaced, taillight replaced, and oil change cost me $295.05. Yeah, I learned not to revisit this place. very poor service & very high $ for both repairs & parts. since they are the only game in town, i guess they intentionally put the consumer last...thats bad for both them and us
