am very disappointed with this how this company handled everything from every conversation to their "customer service". I gave them my jet ski two months from now and they told me it would be fixed in a week. When I was ready to pick it up, they postponed the date for another week. I called again ... to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. A month went by while I called to check on the progress nearly every other day and they kept saying it would be ready in one more day and that they would call me. I never received a phone call. Another excuse was that they needed to test drive it at the lake which I heard multiple times. I just don't understand why they procrastinated for so long and constantly made excuses. By this point I knew something was very wrong with how they run their business. I had to cancel plans for the Fourth of July as well as my birthday. When they finally said that it was ready, I went to pick it up but they were hesitant. They rudely stated that they had not test driven it yet and if I wanted the jet ski, to do it myself. I didn't even care. To top it all off, just today I was ready to go to the lake and realized they never gave me the key. Worst customer service and dependability.
