Bought a Arctic Cat UTV in November, 2013. Paid it off in Jan. 2014. To this date (7-16-2014), have not received the title. This was due to errors mainly with Crossroads office personnel in completing the paperwork which was rejected several times from the DCNR. They have a large showroom and ... plenty of things to purchase, however, their personnel are not friendly and act like it is a chore for them to wait on you. Also, their price for service was extremely outrageous when the UTV was taken back for the first service. Wouldn't recommend them.
