Highly recommend. Made 1 phone call and within minutes I knew I would be buying from this location. Well worth the 2hr drive to get my new motorcycle. Carmen is a pleasure to work with. They even gave me a rough idea for the value of my trade over the phone. No one else would do that! NOt Team ... Charlotte Motorsports, not Kevin Powell Motorsports, not even RideNow of Concord. They claim to be the biggest and the best, while they may be the biggest they certainly aren't the best. Crossroads made me feel like a valued customer, not a number.

I would not recommend this company. Very creedy owner and salesperson Payden. Their not happy unless their getting all your money.
