I called to set up an appointment to get some work done on my Road Star. I asked about pick up service because the bike is not running. They told me that they had it and told me when they could pick it up. It got close to time and I didn't hear from them. So I called again and they told me a different ... day and time. That has also come and gone with out any contact. I would say they are very undependable. Hard to say on anything else. Never got to find out
