I had them tap a new drain plug in my rear dif . it is now full of all shavings and the drain leaks. jay was very rude raising his voice to the point of yelling on the phone. he was very unprofessional. He told me that he would sell me the parts fore his cost but not fix it. my seals are ... leaking now. I asked him to at least pay for the machine work and that would be fair. he said he wont pay for anything. he did me wrong and doesn't stand behind their work. jay should not be talking to the customers like that. he is hot headed. after this I know why they rate 1.5 stars. I will never use them again. i'm waiting to hear from the owner to see if he stands behind their work. I would have bought a whole new part but they said they could fix this. I am not happy with the work or the service.

They could care less if they sell you a bike. Showed me Victory website and MSRP for XCT I was interested in and said that was the price. Then argued that I had to bring trade-in before we negotiated price. Really? Just reminded me why I have never purchased a bike there.
