Bought a new RZR 900 xc from salesman Jake at Edge Peformance. Had it 11 months and 3500 miles. Nothing but good to say about these machines. Only issue was a cheesy belt I immediately replaced with a carbon fiber. Much smoother belt. Sales Jake quoted a price and I found his quote best around. No ... hidden fees and out the door delivered on time. Good experience here.

When Edge first opened they were very customer oriented and were friendly and eager to keep people happy. The last couple of times I was there the guy in parts &service (dark hair and beard) wouldn't even look my way when speaking, was very indifferent, and when I came to pick-up my wheeler he tossed ... my key to me and told me it was parked out back. He expected me to go and find it and load it myself. Before when I had work done the employee was eager to help, always went and got my machine and brought it around and loaded it. I would think it would also be a safety and insurance issue to have customers looking for their own machines out back and loading them theirselves.
I also noticed some scratches on one occassion, so the next time I had an employee come out and do a walk-around, with pencil and paper, and note any damage before they worked on it. When I came for my wheeler it had broken gas tank shroud mounts.The employee who did the walk-around admitted the damage was not there when I left it there. I had to wrangle with a manager, even though his own employee agreed with me. They did fix the damage but I was made to feel as if they thought they were being taken advantage of, and the manager never admitted responsibility, just reluctantly repaired the damage. When I came back to get it there were big scratches on the right front fender, and they refused to accept the blame, even though no scratches were on the walk-around list. I doubt I would ever go back again.
