I was truly disgusted with how they treat people in general. after our visit went south and I took our machine elsewhere. I looked into some "public records". I'm glad I will never be setting foot in there again. It was dirty that people were rude they were not knowledgeable on the items that they ... should have been knowledgeable about and when it came to warranty issues they truly had no knowledge of the product that they were selling. Disgusted ! DO NOT GO THERE!!
