Extreme Suzuki

As we have never been treated so poorly brought our 2013 atv which was under warranty for some minor work. 1st they did not want to honor the warranty. 2nd it took a month to get the atv back. And 3rd worst of all, they did not replace the drain plug and sent it home without one. We took pics and ... went to talk to them about it and they guy told us that they did nothing wrong and that our kids did it. Picked it up at 530 and it was never drove. Never. No resolution to the problem no help. Very very poor customer service. Will never recommend them or purchase anything from them. We will make sure everyone we know will never go to them. we have multiple aATVs.
