Several years ago I bought a Honda rubicon atv, new, from this location. My primary concern when I bought this was service. I was assured that I would have no problem getting service when needed. Well, just now, I called for a pick up for my atv for servicing, and was told that they did not have ... a way to pick up my atv. They said that they couldn't afford to pay an employee to drive to my location (I live 22 miles away). This upsets me greatly as service was a primary concern and now, when I need it, I am told that I can't get it. Of course I could bring it down myself, but that was not the deal when I bought it. They lied and I don't condone that at all. I will never do business with them again as they proved themselves untrustworthy.
I called Honda of Florence, Ky, and had no problem setting up a pickup. For this reason, I would absolutely recommend these folks over heritage. Never tell a customer that you will take care of them, and then back out of the deal when they need you, especially with a big ticket item like a brand new Honda AtV. Again, I cannot express adequately how disappointed I am with Heritage Honda. This business has certainly given the Honda name a large black eye.
If you are in the market for a motorcycle or atv, and service after the sale is important to you, avoid Heritage Honda like the plague. There are many Honda dealers out there who will happily fix your atv or bike, and will not lie to you when you ask about future service. Wish I had known this several years ago. Oh well, live and learn. Those reading this will now be able to avoid the mistake I made.
