I will never buy another bike from this sorry place. I bought a new 2012 Goldwing and have had nothing but problems with it. I took it in for it regular service appointment to get everything checked out, oil changed and a full service. The service department didnt act like they even appreciated my ... business and it took them 2 days before I could pick up the bike. They claimed that they had other bikes in waiting, but when I dropped the bike off they didnt have but 2 bikes in the service department. After picking up the bike I was ready to leave and didnt inspect the bike fully. When I got hime and checked it out I noticed that it had the smell of oil. Looking further I saw they hadnt screwed in the oil filter completely and after looking further they didnt even replace my old filter..then reallized that my oil hadnt been changed as it was a dark color. When I called them about it they argued with me saying I was wrong and they had changed it. The next day i talked with someone who said they were the assistant manager. He said he was aware of my complaint but was still adament his employees wouldnt make it up and very argumentative. Well, havine 20 plus years of riding experience, I know what used oil looks like. I just chalked it up to a learning experience and swear I will not ever step another foot in that place again.
