From start to finish, these guys are the real deal. I bought my Victory Jackpot motorcycle from Jones Offroad and had a great experience. I later had my bike serviced by them, again... great experience!

First of all I have purchased three used four wheelers from them, they are johny on the spot until they get your money. After that forget about getting anything from these guys. I called about having a choke cable replaced they said two weeks, we are now on week seven they also said they needed to ... rebuild the carb as it was leaking and wouldn't stop! It had zero leaks when it went in! Keep in mind that it was serviced out when I bought it less than 5 months ago. Don't even bother to ask for a manager, the manager in service has lied to me every time I have spoke with him and then has the nerve to say I don't know who you spoke with! I will never purchase or have another four wheeler serviced by these crooks! And yes I know that losing my business won't shut them down but I will tell everyone I can about the way they operate!

Bought brand new rzr and atv from them. As soon as they got my money the salesmen ignored me while trying to make another sale. They never showed me anything about the bikes. I had questions about a few things and no one acted like they wanted to help. Took rzr back in to get warranty work done ... and while it was there get the first full service done. They told me it would take a week and it took two. When I picked it up it was really dirty. I had it spotless when I took it to them. Got it home and spent an hour cleaning it. The next morning I backed it out of my garage to find a puddle of oil where it was parked. I would definitely try to go somewhere else. They act like we are so busy we don't care if we keep your bussiness or not.

I was very happy with the parts salesman that I spoke with over the phone. I have spent multiple hours on the phone trying to locate a dealer that had a specific part in stock. This part is on back ordered from arctic cat and would not be available for a month which is after my planned trip to the ... sand dunes. Jones off road sale associate was nice enough to put the part in the part locator which none of the previous 12 dealers that I spoke with include the dealer working on my quad and unfortunately nobody in the country has this specific part.

Totally dishonest dealership. We had a agreement on price when I called to finalize payment they told me they sold the bike. Yet still on there web site 9 months later. Tells me they didn't like there side of the agreement and that was the easiest way to get out of the deal. I'm telling every one ... I know to stay away from this place.
