this place used to be a great place to buy snowmobiles but since Gene let his son Steve take over it going down hill very fast, purchased a 1005 f7 on Tuesday with the promise it be ready for Thursday, paid cash, well of course you know not everything goes as planned so repromised it be ready no ... later then Friday afternoon again they FAILED, well called late Saturday morning to findout again not ready, been nothing but lies from the sale staff and repairs staff, they have no problem taken your money but does not follow threw with getting your product ready in time. its ashame to see the business that gene built up for many years to be taken over by his son steve to ruin the business his dad worked so hard to build. I been in business for many years and have some of the best customers but if I was to treat them as bad as steve treats paying customers I wouldn't have a business. In the business world customers come first but in Livingston world there play time comes before customers, worst dealership in NH now.

My wife and I moved to NH this year from Pittsburgh, PA. We research and do our homework before any small-large purchases. We treat people how we want to be treated, and a handshake is your word. A good used snowmobile was the goal for the first full winter in our new zip code. After 3 weeks of searching, ... calling and driving around 4 states I asked a native NH co-worker to recommend a good dealer. He said his family and friends go to Livingston's. The owner Steve took a good part of his morning going through all of the vast used and new sleds. We shook hands on a Out-The-Door price for two new prior year sleds. The friendly ladies quickly took care of all the paperwork....The Out-The-Door price was spot on (we walked out of a dealer in CT the week before for set-up and doc fees). My sled was brought in from NY still in the crate. I was impressed at how quick the service staff assembled and prepped it for pick up. Straight up the best transaction I've had in 43years. They are a beautiful sight sitting in our carriage barn.....a lot of horse power waiting for the snow!

I have delt with livingstons for a number of years and they have always treated me right. Steve was fantastic in helping me pick out my new sled this year and he got it right my wife and I are very happy. they delivered it when I wanted to pick it up and every thing was done to it that was discussed ... at the time of purchase.

Great job and I will continue to be loyal to you as a customer.

Beware!!! Don't bring your sled there! , wait time for repairs is months, very unprofessional, rude employees and owner, glorified junkyard.
