My wife and I drove an hour each way just like a previous post on here they really don't want to sell you anything unless they are making a lot of money off you. We were ignored wandering around the shop alone for the first 25 min I had to call them in order to get help looking at 4 wheelers ..they ... wanted $100 less for a 2014 vs a 2015 there priorities need to change. It's very very sad I really think she needed to overprice her inventory to survive..Oh and don't pay attention to the website absolutely inaccurate. THEY DON'T SHOW PRICES ONLINE so people like me might make the mistake and drive all that way for nothing.90%of inventory is still crated up prolly so they can ship it back to artic cat for credits? Why would 2014s be crated unless you didn't want to sell them to begin with..2016's out at other dealers really makes you question what is going on there. Apparently they have enough local customers they don't want/need anymore! Best of luck to anyone oh as I was leaving they were bragging all the showroom sleds were sold !! Yeah why are they still there?

They are the best maybe you might have to wait sometimes . but that is because they don't rush you through like a number. Very helpful people. Excellent service and knowledge. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Awful, drove an hour each way to stand in their showroom for 25 minutes (5 minutes looking at the sleds and 20 minutes directly in front of the counter). I wanted to buy a 2015 El Tigre 8000, the guy behind the counter never even said a word to my wife or I, actually felt like he tried to avoid eye ... contact, really strange vibe. He walked past us to the garage and/or office area at least 6-8 times too. Interestingly, the woman told us he would help us about 15 minutes in and she went over to empty boxes of new jackets. Not sure why she didn't ask us what we wanted or why those jackets were more important than selling a new sled. The guy was too worried about joking with a customer, who had already been helped by the woman, about reading his entire manual before he could go riding. I got the impression if they know you they will help you because people who walked in after me were acknowledged and helped. Lots of nice sleds in the show room, I see why, they sure as hell don't want to sell them. Well, maybe if you know them they will. Don't waste your time if you're a new customer, they have all the business they want and/or need. Give your business to someone who understands how customer service works.
