I refuse to shop at any other motorcycle shop other than The motorcycle Factory. someone always greets you when you enter their shop and make you feel acknowledged. The salesmen are very knowledgeable and are not pushy. The parts department is very helpful when it comes to ordering specific parts ... that I need for my bike and the service department has reasonable prices. MFI is a family oriented business and I love family shops. They keep close bonds with their customers and sometimes I'll just stop by to say hi. Other shops are all about a dollar and that's just not good enough for me. I highly recommend that everyone does business with MFI.

Best shop I have had the privilege of dealing with. I have been coming to MFI ever since I bought my '03 CBR600rr there and have been continously impressed with the top notch service I receive. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgable, always ready with a smile. The service dept are the only ... ones I would ever trust to touch my ride, and they have been keeping her purring for years. The parts/accessories staff is fantastic and always go the distance to get me whatever I want or need. I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful shop, who care about their customers. I feel close to the guys and gals who continue to meet my riding needs!

Their service department installed an insert into my transmission cover check bolt hole - while the cover was still on the motor and left all the shavings in my transmission. I e-mailed pictures to the owner and even called him "Shane" and got no response not even an apology. I will never do business ... there again and do not reccomend anyone to patronize a company that treats customers like that.
