Napalm MotorSports Victory & Husqvarna of Austin

Great guys, reasonable prices. Chris, the service manager, is a super easy guy to work with. Knows Harleys inside and out. Haven't worked with Shane as much, but he seems to knows dirt bikes. Can't go wrong with these guys.

Victory should really evaluate having Napalm represent their brand. They are ok on the sales side but when it comes to the services and support side they are terrible.They dont communicate when your bike is in the shop about progress. They struggle to provide repair timelines and when they do they ... do not meet them or call you. They turned in warranty claims to Victory that they never performed on my bike. Overall my experience with Napalm was very dissappointing and I would not reccommend that anyone go there.
