Neely Racing

I feel your pain! Neely Racing is not the type of dealer that Arctic Cat needs to represent their product. I stoped by there in 2013 around Nov. to check out some of the different features on the side by side and atv's. The parts guy didn't even know what a wildcat models were. The lady in the office ... which i assume was a sales rep. never approached me. Had to have the parts guy attempt to tell me about the different features. I knew more than he did, just by going online.

I am totally pissed off with this dealer and Artic Cat products. My atv is a year old and has 4 Yes that's right FOUR hours on it. Two batteries and a starter solenoid later the F--King thing still won't run. I'd take it back to Neely's in Spartanburg where I bought it but when I went there for ... parts they said it would be a week and three weeks later I got it. They are no help when you ask a question, the guy behind the counter looks like he's on dope and just gives you a stupid look. Maybe he just doesn't know anything. Anyway I 'm looking for a dealer who will fix my atv and this is the last Artic cat product I will ever buy.
