Went to NECC to purchase a new bike. Was greeted by a friendly staff member, i believe his name was Mike. He asked me about what i wanted out of a motorcycle, and tailored my needs to a few different options. Ultimately i ended up going with a Yamaha FZ-09. I then dealt with Brandon who facilitated ... the paperwork and the deal. The buying process was super easy and painless. Love my new bike! Have gone back several times since to purchase a few goodies for the bike, prices were competitive with online. Will certainly continue to conduct business with them!

I only went to this dealer because it's close to me and all I needed were a few replacement parts that this dealer didn't even had in stock. First of all I felt like I interrupted everyone at the service desk lunch since their slice of pizza was more important than a paying customer. They guy who ... attended me said that he had a person on the phone on hold but then he was too busy eating his slice of pizza and then he picked the phone and told the poor customer that he didn't have the part. I never saw this guy look for any part nor type anything on his computer so I'm assuming he didn't want to help the customer by phone. He "helped" me look up some parts eventhough I had to give him part numbers because he didn't even try looking them up but everything I needed he didn't have and couldn't get.
Every time I go there these people won't even look at me and I go there to spend money on my victory bike. I find taking a 30 minute drive to shark cycle better and they have always taken care of me and I've always found what I'm looking for and then some. I'm done with cycle center.......

I first became a customer at New England Cycle Center last September. The employees there, both sales and service are highly knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of bikes and equipment is pretty big and could potentially be overwhelming, but the staff can help you find just what you need. Unless ... of course, you would rather just wander around the store for awhile, and then it's nice to know that they won't stalk you (like you might find at a car dealership!). As a new rider, they helped me to find the perfect bike, and I'm sure they will help me grow my collection over the years!
