Would not recommend their service department. In fact, I would recommend avoiding it. They lost, stripped and broke screws and did not replace them or inform me about it. They did engine repairs and the engine was not repaired 100% leaving a serious compression loss (25%) causing major oil burn off ... even after having to rebuild the engine twice. And, when I complained about it they said too bad. They would not even look into the matter without charging me again. I had to take it back a third time because the generator housing was cracked causing even more oil loss. Somehow the driveshaft alignment is off ripping the dust seal each time I have replaced it. Customer service regarding problem resolution was appalling on top of that, even from the location manager and owner. Save yourself the trouble and go to another Kawasaki dealer, seriously!

Northeast Georgia Motorsports is a great shop to purchase cycles. If they don't have the part, they will find it. However, You would be signing your motorcycles death warrant if you have the fix it. I took a head there to have a bolt hole tapped out. It was a 30 min job tops. I was charged $200.00. ... The hole never was fixed correctly. The bolt hole was drilled out too big and can NEVER be fixed again. I took it to 3 different machine shops to get it fixed. I was told by all 3 that it was unfix-able. When I complained, I was told that I had waited too long. I had to buy a new/used head and gaskets to ride it again. Their (Fix) cost me about $800.00. Don't let this be you!
